Wramona Q

Wramona QWrae and Molly

OldenburgAmerican Hanoverian Society2000 Hanoverian Main Studbook Mare; Chestnut – 16.2 hands; By ES Weltbekannt out of EM Fifth Avenue Q by ES Wertherson.

Profile.  Wramona Q (“Wrae”) was purchased from Suzanne Quarles’ Some Day Soon Farm Hanoverian Breeding Program in 2005.  We are thrilled that we had the opportunity to add such a well bred mare to our Breeding Program.  Wrae has the Wertherson-Weltbekannt combination that has been so successful in the dressage arena.  Wrae is truly a classic Hanoverian type with a feminine head, lovely conformation and solid bone.   She has natural uphill tendencies and a beautifully elastic extended trot.  Wrae is also the most uncomplicated, easygoing mare around.  She is easy to breed and is a fantastic, nurturing broodmare.

Wrae will be inspected Oldenburg this summer at Shepherd Farm’s on-site Oldenburg Inspection.

Offspring.  Wrae has had two lovely foals for us.

  • Wrae’s 2006 colt, Night Finish LS by ES Nocturo was purchased as a yearling for eventing.
  • Wrae’s 2009 daughter Molly by Capital III was purchased as a weanling for jumping.
  • Wrae is open for 2010.

Bloodlines.
