We are pleased to offer this beautiful feminine tobiano warmblood filly for sale. Marquis LS is by Silverwood Farm’s premier Oldenburg stallion Sempatico and out of our lovely mare Farethewel by Wertherson. Sempatico has competed successfully in Dressage at Devon, scoring in the top four in all of his Devon classes in 2008. Sempatico has sired many inspection champions at warmbood inspections in Germany and here in the States.
Marquis has beautiful gaits, a remarkably sweet temperament, and is coming along well in her training. Marquis has a nice overtrack at the walk. She has a floaing trot with lovely extension when trotting at liberty. Marquis also has an easy, rythmic canter. Marquis has such a sweet temperament. She is super easy to handle. She is good for the vet, farrier, for baths and is a solid loader. Marquis is progressing well in her training. She is trotting in hand and is working on the lunge. She will be lightly started under saddle later this fall.
Marquis’ price will increase as her training progresses.
