In 2003, Shepherd Farm entered into a partnership with Silverwood Farm. Silverwood Farm offers tobiano pinto warmblood stallions that guarantee colored offspring and have beautiful conformation and gaits. Under our agreement, we are entitled to 2 Live Foal Guarantee breedings to any of Silverwood’s stallions each breeding season. Some breeding seasons, we do not use our two breedings and we offer the LFG breedings for sale at REDUCED stud fee prices.
In 2010, we will be offering both of our breedings for sale at the REDUCED stud fee price of $750. You can breed to Art Deco, Sempatico or Hall of Fame for the same reduced $750 stud fee price. As you can see on the Silverwood Farm site, these breedings have a value of $1200-$1600.

All of Shepherd Farm’s LFG breeding contracts for the 2011 breeding season have been sold. Please contact us in November or December 2011 about purchasing a LFG breeding contract for the 2012 breeding season.
